Maybe Fed can make you one or @ least tell you how to make your own laugh.gif laugh.gif laugh.gif
Fed
Just chuck a beanbag up the front Jack.
Jumpus GooDarus
It's a walkaround jack and not a bad one @ that
only thing i didn't like was the high step up to get to front
Didn't hop on board owner wasn't there so couldn't or didn't bother looking to see if step up were lockers from inside of cab

Build looked ok very curious as to how good the dual spray chimes are
Fed
I'm curious too what are dual spray chines, one on each side or just extra planing strakes?
Did it have a self draining deck Jumpy?
Jumpus GooDarus
No idea idea how effective chimes are
Yep wit dic

The Formosa is a great looking boat, looks soild as well.. i agree with 'if you pay alot of money for something, it has to look good!'

Jack what are you planning to put on the back of whatever boat you purchase ?

I am leaning more and more towards an I/O mercruiser (135HP for the size of boat I am looking at) which would limit the number of plate boats to pretty much 0 (that is zero) unfortunately.

I have lowered my fishability requirements so glass bowriders may now be an option as well and there are plenty of those out there.

that tinny is way to expensive for that year (don't know about the other). besides both of them are not the type of boat I am after.
Fed
Yeah I knew you were after a bowrider but I stumbled on those two & thought I'd throw them up for fun.

Guy around the corner from me has a horizon 515 bowrider for sale, 90hp on the back-looks to be in top nick..$22,000.

Thanks all,

Decided to hold off for now. Current state of economy I did not feel comfortable to take on debt for a boat. Will enjoy the little one for a little while longer.
