Ummmmmmmmmmmmmmm !
Didn't really know where to put this so here will do laugh.gif

Well seemed like only yesterday I got my new 4WD but it's been nerly 12 months it will ne on the 14th

Anyways the dealer had organised the rego when I purched the car so naturally the green slip came in the mail from that company which was Allianz & what a shock horrow shock shock I got.

$797 . 00 just for the bloody green slip highway robbrty I tell ewe's reckon Ned Kelly is the CEO of that Company for sure.

Anyways I let my fingers do the walking on one of those telephone thingy's once I located it's whereabouts did a ring ring ring to NRMA whom I've got my Insurance policy with & they said as long as SUMO didn't come anywhere near the car it would cost me $430 & I got a further 10% off my insurance premium.

Rip snorta ewe beaut I said, but honestly where do these insurance company's get off with some of the upsy downsy quotes they give peeps ??

Knew there was a reason I posted thread here

Boat insurance ! how many of ewes out there think you have a agreed value policy ???

Car TPPD only at $210, can't remember what the CTP cost.
Boat insurance, what's that?
Maybe I'll insure the boat for TPPD soon.

Hey Jumpus , they must make rodeo duel cabs tougher for the bush, or they just appreciate the way I drive,

I re registered the Rodeo before I went to SA and QBE got me for the green slip I thought they were ripping me off it cost me $214 now I know they didn't rip me off. got it through my insurance Broker and no brokerage fees on green slips.

Hey SUMO pretty sutr ewe guys out bush or anyone listing an address away from a major city like Sydney get much cheaper rates on car insurance less chance of accidents & thefts that prob apply's to Green Slips as well.

Be a hefty green slip fee on that tent wouldn't it

Speaking of insurance, can anyone recommend a Co for boat insurance?
The last time I tried to insure my boat with GIO the proposal came back in the mail and almost every detail I told the guy over the phone was WRONG.
I screwed it up in disgust and haven't bothered with it since, the guy who took my details must have been on drugs.
BTW, I've always found AAMI the best for green slips & I've been shopping around every year for an average of 5-6 cars. Of course they may not pay claims either, laugh.gif I've never had to claim.

I think he lives next door to me. Got retrenched from GIO. He is either on drugs or in a world of his own. I use NRMA because I have multi policy discount and the boat is agreed value. Yes, you have to renegotiate agreed value each year, or the price goes down percentage wise from the agreed amount.

I'm only looking for TPPD on the boat, nothing under $20Ks is worth insuring comprehensive IMO.
