Went out for a quick fish this morning. The Parole Officer came up from Canberra and complained that I never take him fishing. Was hot, windy, chaotic and jam packed with reffos :
 Took all of 15 seconds to hook the first fish. Small nigger which went back. After that it sloowwwwwed right down. After a few hours, only had two big fish in the keeper net, got bitten off twice and lost two on the ledge. The Parole Officer had a donut, so as he was packing our gear up, I hooked a fish which had a solid take. Asked him to come back and hold my rod while I packed my other gear away. He got a surprise when the handles started spinning on the reel. I went and got my mobile phone to take a pic, but he had almost skull dragged the fish up before I took a pic. Decided to release all the fish and came back home, well toasted. Had a finger over the lens (where ever it is on the mobile???) Anyway, a good time was had and it was my first and possibly last time that I have fished on NY day...

I was on the Dog & Bone with Mr Shinny Head when I saw this thread
Pic was a thumbnail size & velly deceptive, told Mr Shinny Head kk was out on the boat  Mr Shinny Head got a stiffy & ran to his computer said he had to see it for himself I then enlarged the pic 1st thing I saw was the brurry float Had to then convince Fed it was veggy burgers 4 dinner again

sounds like it was all good till you up loaded the photos, will have to call it a fat finger mistake
A good camera to take along fishing is the Lunix DMC-FT2 they are a bit exy but well worth the money http://lumix.panasonic.com.au/products/Lumix/Camera/DMC-FT2 there is a cheaper one, it takes a good photo. DMC-FT10 http://lumix.panasonic.com.au/products/Lumix/Camera/DMC-FT10 if you push the sales staff at places like the good guys, harvey norman or wow it is possible to get the price cut down by a fair bit as for taking a phone, thats a bad thing, people will end up calling you and buggering up your day  Paul -------------------- bugger it's sold,got meself a house instead
