I know it's a bit short notice but I was thinking it's about time someone organised another get together.
A xmas drinkie or two. There has been a few in the past and if we don't have another one soon it will be too late. I was thinking Sat 11th December or sunday 12th at the same venue we have had our previous meets, you know the club down near the ramp at ??? well you guys know where it is. If these dates don't agree with you please come up with a suitable date,,, I'm free most times. Frank -------------------- Frank

OK we'll make it the Sunday 12th December 2010. I'll get there around 11.30am. Will be good to see some of the old faces again and some new ones.
Daniel, hope you can make it mate, don't worry about not drinking, there's always younger people there that are too young to drink, we sit outside on the balcony ( weather permitting ). Frank -------------------- Frank

Thanks Frank, sounds like the perfect day to test out my new boat as well. Is there a place you can tie your boat up at ? There is a ramp there and plenty of tie off space but I think you have to be a member to use the facilities, also you have to take the trailer off the tow vehicle to park. It's cheap to become a member and well worth the cost if you are going to use the place a bit, just once off I don't think it would be economic. Jack could fill you in on all the details. Or maybe another member.Best to get the info before you get your dad to tow the boat all the way there, or you might be dissapointed. Either way I hope you and your dad can make it, your mum as well, this is a general get together so all welcome. This post has been edited by nimrod: Dec 6 2010, 02:50 PM -------------------- Frank

I think he's talking about arriving by water Nimrod. Either way Fed, I think he would still need to be a member to use the facilities. I hope I am wrong but someone that knows for sure might let us know before Sunday. -------------------- Frank

Have 2b a member to use the launching ramp.
No probs 4 non members using the floating pontoons out front to tie off goats special notice to Fed Wearing of hats on top of Shinny Head in bottom bar will result in that person having to shout evlly bloody in the bar -------------------- Save The Fish, Eat a Pussy |

Will keep that in mind next time I'm out on the bay around lunch time, drop in tie off and slip into the club for a meal and a couple of coldies, who wants to go fishing when you can sit and relax and watch all the pretty boats bobbing up and down, pretty good way to spend a couple of lazy hours if you ask me. -------------------- Frank
