It would have to be. You got me thinking now. I use 6.5m lengths. But ive never asked

I might just pick up an old s%^&tter and get our driver to drop it off at the powdercoaters... I'll just sit there and wait fot the phone call..hahaha

Good pre-treatment of the paint and washing your boat everytime its out of the water and if its sitting there for a while, IMO you'll never have a drama..

We use a product from Dulux called Duratec. Its a powdercoat that has a warrantee up to 15 years on
it. But the owners have an obligation to wash their windows nearly as often as a (some people) car.

If we dont look after things, the lifespan will always be shorter.

Painting is the easy bit it's the preperation which determines how good the job will turn out or last.

Anyone can learn how to paint it's pretty easy but you really need to prepare & clean surfaces prior to painting if you want the paint to last

I put some info up some time back on a product called Aluclean it's a light acid based formular used for cleaning alloys prior to painting works very similar to deoxidine does on steel.

poly all powder coating is , a method in which to apply paint to a surface it's still paint that goes on nothing marvelous about the paint it's just paint & if the spraying facility is big enough you can spray a jumbo jet in there
