Seas have been up, wind has been gale force, rain has been torrential for the past several weeks, but today was just glorious. Went out to a possie I call 'Fork A', just north of Stanwell Park to wet a line. Plenty of cabbage on the rocks and perfect water, albeit a little too calm. Started fishing about 8.30am and finished with a bag limit, 40 minutes later. My mate John, got his 7 fish in the same time. I released 6 more fish and ended up keeping seven for a feed for us and mother in law. She finds it hard to go rock hopping at age 93
 Just a wonderful morning in a beautiful spot. Saw a couple of Humpback whales cruise by, only a hundred or so metres out. All fish were fat and feisty and in milt.
