Just because nuns of ewes dont go fushing
Oh exept for for the crim hu ketch's vegi mite tarian dooberlacky thingys I went fushing tu day had to try out a new pair of high heels Squiddy's were a bit of a prob 75% of them were horses but did manage 8 goody goody wittle wuns Flat seas & I was back in the bay in no time just as i arrived ph went ling ling, bloody chris from sea sea telling me porky's said he was going to take the rest of the day off & wanted me to pick him up from yarra so i could show him how to ketch fishys. I'm not sirry & told him to ling ling me back when he was 10 minutes away Anyways 2 & 1/2 hrs later he ling lings to say he's 10 minutes away This is the reason I never make plans with anywun nor do I wait for anybloodys Well to bad for him cause he missed out on all the girly fush all my 8 baits went off resulting in 5 girls landed there was Toola, Coula, Voola, Sooola hu were realeased all legal by the way but I kept Agapi she was bleeding & I had no libra's on board 70 cm's Did give the Scotty@Hotty another 1/2 hr when chris finally got on board but it was to late run out tide was well & trully moving by then & what that generally means unless it's a small tide baitfish disappear into less running water so tis more luck than good hunting to find the girly fush. Mind ewes I was geady to call it a day but felt solly for chorlios cause it's been that long since he's caught a fush prob didn't know wot they looked like With nutting really on our side told him best chance of some fishy's now were to chase sum blurters & that's wot we did Got sum not bad wuns @ that along with bonito & sum undersized snappy toms They were a bit of fun for an hr or so & we called it a day dropped chorlios back off @ Yarra bay & headed back to the ramp when sum ting blue caught my eye Tickle me fanny it was my old goat, well john got a stiffy when he saw me slow down & head his way Had to ask him how big his stiffy was & he said it was -------------------- Save The Fish, Eat a Pussy |

Just because nuns of ewes dont go fushing Oh it would be nice to go fishing as often as some. I did manage to sneak out for a few hrs with the misses on Tuesday. We stayed close in the bay as she gets sea sick easily even though it was such a great morning. Got a few Flatheads, so thats a good sign of warmer water down this way. Downrigger arrived wednesday so Ive been tinkering with that. Rain predicted untill Monday so maybe if they get that wrong I may get a chance to test run the downrigger. So thats what you call a blurter hey Be nice to sea some of those tasty meter long trevally down here this summer. So much fun on light line -------------------- insanity takes it's toll, I make sure I have plenty of spare change

We saw you fanging it out of the heads (and I guess) to your squid spot this morning. Tough day for us - a few bonnies and baby kings but it was pretty dull, so we then went in the bay for some bream, flatties and whiting - but nothing spectacular size wise. Dropped a few witches hats but only managed one blue swimmer which we chucked back (what can you do with one?).
I did manage a really nice calamari though, caught it about the same time I saw you flying by. This post has been edited by catchnrelease: Oct 29 2010, 04:45 PM -------------------- DANCE!

Get a job ewe mug else ewe'll turn out just like me QUOTE Be nice to sea some of those tasty meter long trevally down here this summer. So much fun on light line No meter longs, wun would've gone 50 cms & I honestly thought it was a kung way it peeled the 3kg line of the reel QUOTE We saw you fanging it out of the heads (and I guess) to your squid spot this morning I dont waste my time in the bay for squid, did run into aero on the way out he did get some squids over @ watts I find it quicker to fang out doing 10 knots to my squid grounds virtually every 2nd/3rd cast is a squid did have to work for the wittle wuns rest were around the size of the wun ewe got QUOTE one blue swimmer which we chucked back (what can you do with one?). Freeze them till enough accumilate for a feed Prob the worst year in ages I've seen the bay fish exept for the girly fish -------------------- Save The Fish, Eat a Pussy |

Over all, I've been catching more fish since I got that hat. Coincidence? Probably, but I haven't had a truly 'dud' session yet with that hat on my head. We still got heaps of fish today, just no size. The big Southwind was out of action so we couldn't head further out and to the south like we originally planned, so we just took the tinny and hung around the bay.
Also as if you were doing 10 knots out the heads, more like 20 at least. You were getting a little bit of air time on some of the larger waves. Also a LOT of dead Mutton Birds around. We thought maybe someone had poisoned them but later we found that apparently it has something to do with a large migration? If migration's the case then it makes sense that a fair few might kark it, but we were worried something was poisoning them or where they were resting (be it land or water). -------------------- DANCE!

Great that's all we need here a Mini Me DUCK FLAKKA aka Bees Knees Lucky Shimano undies & luck hat pretty soon ewe'll have CRABS crawling all over your melon together ewe's will rule the CRAB population QUOTE Also as if you were doing 10 knots out the heads, more like 20 at least. Touch over 30 had a good tail wind behind me, baked beans for breakfast QUOTE Also a LOT of dead Mutton Birds around. We thought maybe someone had poisoned them but later we found that apparently it has something to do with a large migration? Yep I've been seeing them as well & it's the work of dickhead irrisponsible wanker fishermen Years ago there were squillions of the birds have notice big deline in no's we use them to find fish but certain few kill them very easy to do as they are pretty fearless & come right up to the boat. Retieve your bait & thet will follow it the the plick hit them with a gaff pole or similar Birds are a pain when trying to fish esp with floaters all you need to do is stop for 5 minutes & they'll go away, had wun of them dive down 5 meters & started eating the head off my live squid today -------------------- Save The Fish, Eat a Pussy |

I went fushing tu day had to try out a new pair of high heels Now that is just weird, hope you wear you life jacket as that would be a hightened risk You must have realy good ballance to fish in new shoes Squiddy's were a bit of a prob 75% of them were horses but did manage 8 goody goody wittle wuns Do u have a fav spot for small squid or is it just luck? Way to kill a mutton bird They make great Snapper bait & they naturally berley when you grab them like this No birds were hurt before or after this photo, was released after taking a baited hook . Jeez they can dive deep. We havemseen a lot of dead mutton birds wash up down here too. They migrate from NZ untill they drop dead basicly This post has been edited by Sir Reel: Oct 29 2010, 06:23 AM -------------------- insanity takes it's toll, I make sure I have plenty of spare change

High heels are a must if ewe want to ketch girly fush, no good wearing a life jacket either as it gets in the way of another important accessory The Prado Handbag QUOTE Do u have a fav spot for small squid or is it just luck? Not luck just nature, squid dont have a long life span @ all & only live 10 months or so with a pretty quick growth rate not a 100% sure put if ewe recall a few moths back i mentioned the squid i was ketching all had eggs these smaller squid could very well be those eggs -------------------- Save The Fish, Eat a Pussy |

You bunch of funny buggers!!
I'd like to throw my weight (leave it alone Jumpy) into this debate.. Alex, if you think your hat brings luck, dont change, cause it does.. Now, Jumpy has to agree with that, cause he believes that we dont catch Tuna, till he hangs his butt over the side to press one out And it does work!! Jumpy, your old boat looks tiny, compared to the new one, but it was a great boat to fish out of.. -------------------- Don't hate me, cause you ain't me... :)

Wont bother Du Ying a new thread just add 2 this wun
Seabreeze didn't look bad last night so snuck out this morn Bay was flat bit a a swell outside though Snuck nth to get sum squiddy's & werent they a bitch 2 hrs without a single hit, water has gone dirty again & the swell made it very difficult Hmmm rephrase that virtually impossible to hug in close to where squiddy's should've been scratched my head as wot tu du & decided to anchor up thought by cubing up & having a fish squiddy's may come around. Fat chance of that happening cause the kungs rocked up nothing big or legal exept for wun big girl didn't get to see her just watched the line disappearing off my spool. Put away the bait rods & pulled out my 3kg spin stick & had a bit of fun for another hr hooking up @ will, a handfull of cubes into the water followed by my SP Back to the bay after that can only hadle so much of girly fishing & my high heels were killing me Cutting into shakey thought i'd give pussycat a quick flick just in case there was the odd squid lurking about, did manage 2 good bait sized wuns trolled wun around for an hr or so & then gave that stupid idea away had missed the tides & really didn't like my chance's anchoring up either but gave it a go. Surprisingly I did quite well no snappy toms just blurters but did manage a pair of rip snorta salmon going 70 cms left camera on goat post pics later ron -------------------- Save The Fish, Eat a Pussy |

Oh Danny Boy the Squiddy's were'nt ZOTTING yesterday
Pissed myself laughing with chris it was a funny arvo had to smack on on the back of the head a few times, every time his rod went off he pull it out of the rod of it's holder & try to break the fishys neck he missed evlly single wun of them Had to tie him up & inject him with tranquilisers till he calmed down , then he got the hang of it. Now ewe know why i'm allways paying him out about not been able to catch fish, ps] he's got the bug now & wants to know when we're going again, ew've heard him when he says he goes out spends $200 on bait etc & still comes home with nutting He got to use wun of my EGI rods as well & now he's jealous esp after I told him that ewe cant ketch squid without wun QUOTE Thanks for the phone call Jumpus... lol Gather ewe were @ his joint yesterday when he ling ling me Mini Me is out of action till I pull my finger out, gunna have to start using the big green tub -------------------- Save The Fish, Eat a Pussy |
