Greetings earthlings !
Nanoo Nanoo ! Not a bad wooking day 2day so did sum ting different & did a BooBooWinkle Hey Wocky watch me pull sum Crabs out of my hat !  Still a bit early to get them in no's & all these came out of the same Hat That Twick Allways works In the meantime thought I'd try for some squiddy's inside the bay, hard yakka but I got a few & they were a wee bit big for the girly fish that were about. Contantly watched the rod tip bouncing on the Scotty2Hotty & the kungs had probs grabbing the squid let alone breaking the release clip. Thought I'd check the bait so brought it up closly followed by a school of around 20 girly fish [must've been on a Hens night out] Hmmmmmmmmmmmm ! Wot Tu Du ??????????? Quick tinking by Jumpus Da Goodarus saw me rig up the spin stick as a bait rod 6/0 hook wee wee ball sinker & a big lovely strip of squiddy. After that evlly time I saw the rod attached to the Scotty2Hotty start to bounce I'd feed the squid stip out. Did all right using this twicky wittle twick nailed 4 girly's all just under legal but good fun on the light gear they were fat sheila's to boot

Didn't really go outside the heads intended to but NE 'r had just started blowing & it's a bitch of a wind @ my favoured squiddy spot so I had to get squiddy's inside the bay.
Going by the readings the sounder was giving, good guess baitfushys have finally moved into the bay & reason kungs have to Did venture out to Shaky, birds were looking not feeding but a nice surprise BLUE WATER right up to the rocks 19.5 deg Did sneak out to the peak last wednesday water was green that day but 22 deg -------------------- Save The Fish, Eat a Pussy |

what sort of crab pots are you using jumpas. i should of keept a few of those smelly cootas from last weeks fishing trip.

Can whiches hats be left over night. I always thought they had bee lifted every few min as the crab would eat the bait and leave. Good value if I can drop 5 per person. Should be able to get a few that way.

Not a good idea to leave them overnight, prob is rays, sharks etc find them & they get destroyed

Cool, We just placed 3 traps in Durras lake. One for each of us.
Used to be great place for blue swimmers and prawns but now the river is closed over im not so sure. Bloody between National parks & wildlife blocking all the trails to the lake and the marine park banning the areas that are open it was hard to find a spot to put them. Then the heavens had to open up when we finally find a spot :( Put on some waiders and off we went. Oh well time will tell if it was a good idea. We will collect them in the morning. Was hoping to give the mother-in-law crabs tommorow. Well we all had fun any way. Also got some witches hats to put out on our next fishing trip -------------------- insanity takes it's toll, I make sure I have plenty of spare change
