hey fellow fishos,

went out in the bay yesturday morning, we dropped in at the sticks , threw a few lines baited lines out, and thought id give a soft plastic a try, after my second cast i was hooked on, brought in a 46cm flatty, that was it for there, then went over to the bait grounds , caught 3 nice whitting on white bait , then went over to whatts reef, had my line down for about 10 mins with a big piece of squid on and bang i got hit, dunno what it was but it was a fighter, i had only light line and i fought with it for about 25 mins , id get a little line in on it and it would take a run, then snapp, broke the line. then went over to the ocky grounds and drifted thru there and picked up 5 nice ockys and went home ,

all in all it was a great morning since we where only out there for 4 hours

Why you get out so early Benny ????

Should've gone out after lunch & we might have caught up with you kk had plenty of rats on a stick dipped in caramel sauce so there was plenty of food to go around

The Bay was a bit quite yesterday though still managed to get a few though

i decided to go out early so i could be back home early so i could do a few things around the house, the bay was pretty busy around the heads and near the hot water outlet early in the morning but got quiet at around 9.30am,

Nice to see that you were able to go fishing. Work around the house.

I did it the other way around. Spent so much time doing stuff around I ended up doing stuff the whole time.

And I did setup something for the next fishing trip as part of the stuff around.

Practising getting the turkey ready for Xmas

yep that was my very first fish on sp's.

Some times it can be easy to write. Some times it is very hard to put down the words. Then of course some times I need to be clear and concise. (Marked don't say a thing)

Well the little car had a bit of a stress and is in the shop. I have been doing a lot of little jobs running from one location to another. I would not say that I am truly on holidays.

I will say that I am having fun.
