Hi all. I just got back from the hospital where I got the news of what's going on with my cancer.
My specialist said 8 weeks ago when I finished my treatment that IF my count ( whatever ) was under 3 he would be happy and there would be no need for any further treatment.
Well pleased to report my count was 2.98 so under 3, he said it will drop further as time goes on and he hopes to see it peak out about 1.
I don't need to see him again until 6 months, so I can get on with doing a few things and stop worrying at least with this issue.
My nasal sinuses pollops seem to be going in the right direction as well and I am breathing a whole lot better, still restricted cause I only have 40% lung capacity but that will never improve and just have to live with what I have left, but the good news on that front is it's not getting any worse.
So all up I'm a happy chappy and biting at the bit to get out and smell the salt air and some inland waters, doesn't really matter which one but at least I can now do what is in my blood and GO FISHING .

I was talking to a mate yesterday down at the river about a weekend away down at Danjeera dam near Nowra, If it happens I will let you know and hope to get you into some southern dam bass.

Jason. That would be good mate, I know nothing about that dam so might have to look it up.
I am going down to Burrinjuck dam, 2nd 3rd 4th 5th December to try and land some Murray cod, ( all released ) .
I am hiring a cabin for the 3 nights and you are more than welcome to come down with me if you could get the time.
Will have 4 guys already and 2 boats, so plenty of room, my Bass boat takes 3 guys with ease.
