hay chad if you are looking for that type of camera light weight, slim, and big pixel count go Canon power shot, there are none better in that type
as for the Nikon not much change out of a grand, that's with a few extras, the camera its self was $835 from Harvey Norman, fishwick store

Nice cam Poly. Now go get some good shots of it to post up.
Hey Rummy go have a look at the Olympus range. There shockproof and waterproof cameras are great for the boat. Esp if your like me and have a bad habit of dropping things in water.

Sorry Poly but if you paid that much just for the camera you got robbed. As I have also being looking at a new camera and can get that for under $700. But must admit they are a great camera and was almost tempted to buy, but anyhow I have been adviced by a m8 in the industry to sit back and wait for a new fuji that is coming out in about 2 mths . He has been trialing it for one of the big camera house's for about 6 mths and says for the money it will top most with a 12mp and 30x zoom with a price tag to be about $400.00 so will sit back.

I'm a point & shoot kind of guy and sometimes my pictures turn out OK too. Has anyone got a pair of sunnycams I think they'd be great.
