Arvo looked to GooDarus to sit around so I hooked up the wittle goat & went for a session on Squidy's

Wasn't going to waste my time in the bay & wanted to go visit an old Super Secret Sneaky Sneaky Spot I havn't been to for a decade or so.

Wun season there many many moons ago the Squidy's were actually pulling good drag off the reels they were so huge talking 60 cm's body shells

Haven'y seen them back since that year but 2day wasn't to bad in fact quite GooDarus
Swell made it a bit harder to sit were I wanted esp not having the lecky on board
In fact I even trolled a couple up slowly motoring clear of the rocks

Hard to see in pic but the bigger wuns had 30 + cm shells

Not a bad haul.

I get the impression that they are all looking at you.

Well done on the squids Jumpus....

I went out on Monday too to Botany Bay....the swell was terrible..i think i still have headaches from it...i hate strong swells...it was more than 2 metres ....We got 3 large bream, 6 legal trevally and lots of throw back snappers.......

Didn't take any pics or made a report as i wasn't feeling too well.....got home washed the boat. showered and straight to bed...
