Sorry No, but you do have the option yourself in the posts to use different fonts and sizes.

Just click on view then zoom to whatever % that you want

My browser is set on largest text already, but this forum compared to others has quite small text.

The font size at present is 12 the same as most letters that is written and to change size is a major good as it has to be done skin by skin if it is possible at all.
