Went out for another try for our favourite fish and what do you know - I bloody landed one.

The best part of this trip was that I caught it on my brothers rod, we were fishing with two rods each and as we played the waiting game I noticed he had some movement on his line which i JUMPED for the opportunity and played the fish whilst Ray did the net work.

The fish went 57cm (only a youngie) however we were wrapped that our planned trip produced a fish of our choice.

It will only be a matter of time til it is our turn to capture a reasonable sized one.


On three occassions that I have caught them recently my brother and his son remain jew less.

Enjoy, fish was caught on the run in tide.

When he gets back I think he may need alot of counciling, he may put it down to fishing in unfamiliar waters but to be outfished by Jake I believe his heading for a massive breakdown

Umay need to take him aboard to see if he can get his mojo back.

Yeah we had alot of goodurus laughs up @ Nelsons Bay Marcel

Wun good laugh I paid him out all arvo on was when took the kids off the beach for a bit of gutter fushing Jake came to the party & landed a nice Wi Ting I was 50 meters away & from where I was it looked like good fushy.

Well it was till the old man jumped in, he grabbed the fushy took the hook out of it's mouth & it jumed out of his hands

The funny part was watching Bees chasing after it in the shallow water trying to catch it again with his hands

Even Ammy caught wittly fishy think the kids really enjoyed it Me & Jake teamed up I'd be hooking the tailor for him @ 1st & he'd reel them in then I said bugger this & only cast the lure out & he ws hooking them.

He gets wun of the new LOX caps when he gets back only people who catch fishys are allowed to wear them kid got all exited

Up the back of the boat twas a different sory wittle Ammy have to wrestle with Jed to ge the rod off him

Nice work Bafoo... They are getting more consistant now pal
