Well peeps i got out finally with dad myself and manny yesterday also sideshow were shadowing us on the canyons as we fished the yft together and its always good to have sumone nearby who u can count on...

well it was a slow day water temp around 18-19 degrees we started cubing on southerns about 9:30 around 10:30 i was into a few albys on my little 10kg outfit with whole pillies on the hook... we also had one slimy out which got hammered but to no avail hmmm we bourght the mangled slimy in and cubed the poor bugger anyway manny was on the livies and decided to stay on 24kg gear and drop one over the side and litterly into a 60kg+ yft mouth !!!!

the battle was on with neither party gaining or loosing for a hour + every 20m we would get back the yft would take back we started to get line back at about the hour and a half mark a quick flash of colour then manny screamed out get another slimy ready theres another one behind it !!!! i looked over the side with a closer eye on the tuna and shouted out to manny since when a yft grey !!!!!! a little jerk on the line and then a quick spirt of blood the poor bugger got nipped on the tail by a mako that would have been at least 150kg est !! so manny halled arse and got the fish 2 the boat where we threw the flyer into him and i halled him over the side !!!! the mako who wasnt happy hung around for about 1/2 a hour not impressed that we had taken his meal away!!!!

Good thing these little Mako's dont get out of the water on onto the boat.

Wouldn't it be a surprise if they did. And what an even bigger surprise if they spoke and said "Give me back my Fish".

Top stuff Alex, i seen the reports of both boats and the pics. What a nice fish and heard Arman got a Mako too as well as his own Fin. Well done on both accounts.

good guess is it's the file format of the pic you're trying to upload that's what Bee's prob was.
