We ended up at the Wharf under the Captain Cook Bridge. When we arrived there were about 6 - 8 people fishing. When we left there were over 16 people there. It was a little crowded as you would expect on such a great afternoon. After that short thunder storm that we had it cleared up nicely. Majed started chatting to the odd fellow fishing persons to our right and to our left. Then some new people came and he chatted to them as well. Told them of his 2kg bream that he caught and the massive Flathead that he was able to pull out last week.
What about our fishing today you are asking? We expected to catch smaller sized fish and with the occasion larger sized one. Well only the smaller was what we caught.
I will say that it was a good day fishing. We left before the rain came.
