Does anyone beleive in this curse,
Ive never had the problem, but I dont eat the bloody things? Im also not very superstitious. but I know some are... Did you know that you will NEVER find a 13mm bolt on a toyota? Simply because of the number 13.... (excluding aftermarket parts which often have 13mm bolts and cause problems) What do you all recon? |

We've had the banana thing and NO I don't let banana's on my boat.
and the grog thing, WELL if I want to drink grog the lounge is comfortable , the clubs are fine, and the boat is for FISHING. -------------------- I WANNA GO: FISHIN WITH SUMO.

not being a jerk , just JG done one & i can't think what it was called & i would'nt have a clue how to give you a link to it . Just that's where i wrote bout all my superstitions & there's too many to go through again . PS , come to think of it Rum i'm pretty sure you did'nt miss that thread .... think you may've even mentioned something bout grog & Sumo came back with a similar reply to the one above?????........don't hold me to that tho

Just done some research & the thread was called Voodoo Moodoo .

That whole stupid Banana thing started in Hawaii for those who didn't know
I cant recall the exact story but the local natives there believe that banana's on boat are bad luck. Naturally the story spread & like a bunch of silly old women others here & abroad started believing this rubbish, mind you the banana theory old applied to Game Boats. Mostly used as an excuse by fishermen who couldn't catch fish the idea that banana's being a curse quickly spread cause there's alot of fishermen who cant catch fish. I have no probs with banana's on boats & often take them on boats even back when I used to fish on other peeps boats we still caught fish in fact once I even took a pinapple & allways take a pair of Coconuts
