Went down to Gunnamatta to spin up a whiting or two. They have gone!!! Anyway, a couple of guys pulled in with a nice YFT around 1m long. Caught it east of Browns, they said. They weren't too chatty, and basically ignored me. Hopefully a sign of things to come - sooner than later.

QUOTE (Majed @ May 13 2008, 09:46 PM) *
Hey Jumpus, do many get sea sick on these trips out wide?

No not really Majed only the ones who convince themselves they'll pewk B4 hand

Very Very few get sick when the boat is moving & only when the boat stops do I find peeps get sick, but if you're stopping to fight a fish then very few get sick again cause the exitement & rush of a fish takes over.

Many have a fear of the ocean & that's what gets them chundering take that fear away with adrenelin & they 4get all about sea sickness.

Yeah well I'm still buggered on how to use all it's features laugh.gif
Never really owned camera b4 so dont know a great deal about them all I knew when I purchased this one was I wanted a RiggyDidge model to make up for all the years & shots I missed out on.

Jack explained to me the other day about filters for the lens's so I ducked out yesterday to a mates shop [Good Guys down @ Carringbah] & I dont mind giving Nick a plug cause he's looked after a few from here whom I've sent down to buy things.

Anyways ordered a couple of filters one is a polarised filter which should come in very handy with the YFT season coming up & I should get some good through water shots

Seems that when I do a Gamefishing report here they generate a fair bit of interest.

To me it does not matter the size of the fish. Just that it is a fish.

Spinning a good yarn is also a good thing.
