Hi all went out today was a bit chilly , went and got some live bait as I was hopeing to try for a jew . after getting livies my bait pump shit it self dry.gif so had to bucket water in .
headed to spot, when I got there , Itwas like pitt street , Dam . so headed off to second spot sounded around for a while didn't look promising stayed for about 1 1/2 hr's then decided to go and throw some plastics .as the wind dropped off and it was like glass finnish. it took awhile then I started to get some hits , mainly flatty's her's one of the biger ones.

Got about 6 then went to another spot and nailed this bream.

hooked up to a big tailer on plastics as well after a good fight close to the boat he won his freedom and I lost a plastic  there were some BIG tailer around but it gets costly with sp's so I headed home . will prob. go out and try again during week with livies when not many people are out

Sure did,u done such a spiffy job, they were the first thing i noticed. Also noticed the Bass Minnows.I have tried alot of flick baits and the only BassMinnow i've caught fish on were the Bloodworm coloured ones.My fav would have to be the Squidgie 'Flash Prawn' coloured flick bait.

Pink - redish seem to be a colour that fish like for some reason . Arnie dog paints his heads PINK aswell when he spins for jew.
those flick baits are watermelon when in water they look like bait fish light brown on top and whitetish underneth with a purple flek. that bream in the pic was 34cm and he slamed it as it settled on bottom before i even turened the handle. thats happened lots of times.
