Hey guys.

I've got 2 personal best. 1 for bream and 1 for trevally/
Fished aroun gladesvill bridge.
Had good feed of bream. the smalest i kept was 32 cm.
3 kg line was used. and humble pillies as bait.
Here are the photos. its not clear in the pic but trevally went to 58 cm.

You kept the fish? Mate I wouldn't keep that habit as any bream, trevally, whiting, flathead or basically any fish caught west of the harbour bridge is toxic due to the dioxins in the area. You may get away with the odd meal or two (but I still like them going back in the water) but trust me, the fish there carry way too many dioxins to eat. Fisheries have issued a dietary suggestion and I suggest you follow it. dry.gif

Haven't you seen the water there? It's disgusting.

It is a good catch.

And I do not want to spoil your parade but please check out the dept of fishing web site. Still not clear of dioxins.
