Well yet again another trip to Burrinjuck for no fish. Arrived Monday and waited for a break between showers to unload gear
into the cabin, waited again for a break in the weather, watched the cricket till it finished then went to bed.
Tuesday myself and Big Neil from fishraider spent 5 hours between showers trolling and tossing various lures spinner baits etc
finally decided to call it a day and bounce our way back to the ramp, to say we got wet was an understatement.
The weather didn't look like breaking so we decided to call it quits and come home early.
I believe Marty and John put the boat in but didn't wet a line, well not in the way you normally wet a line anyway.
Still had fun and it was good to spend some time with good blokes.

Sounds like you had a good catch up anyway, I'm must have been good to see Marty up and about again, If you want to catch Cod you will have to come North to Gods own Country where we have two Dams and Two Rivers
that meet at a Junction in the middle of the town Between the Pubs Cheers.

At least you went, Frank. I do feel sorry for you though, having to endure watching cricket. Me - I would have been happier watching the rain smile.gif
Not sure where you mean, Sumo. The Shire is between the Georges and the Hacking, but there's a lot of pubs and I have never caught a cod there.....

Yes I did get on the water for a few hours and gave it my best shot, can't help weather being sour.
Now it's back to working on the boat to get it in Botany bay OR the Hacking.
