Hey Fed, why the gable roof on the carport. the gable ends restrict your opening height.

You've got it good Fish, Council fees for me were $620. :(

Sumo, I've been agonising over the height / clearance problem, the front will have a beam too but it will be about 6" higher to squeeze my boat under it. I'm getting some lattice infills fitted on the ends to match it up with the rest of the house.

mate most of the things peaple put through counsill I wouldn't bother . they wanted money for a back garden shed I thought F##K U I put it up without there knowing and its been there 8 years same with friends I know they have done sructual things .

I bought my place and it had a big 3 by 3 mt luandry/ shed at rear was'nt on plans and trying to not get caught out when I bought I told counsil and they could'nt care less.

Whopping 1st pic

I use a great little prog called snagit to resize, rename pics etc it allows me to add callouts, arrows & wnatever else I want to do to a pic

Just open existing pic up take a snapshot & edit away no need to use photoshop or paintshop it has it all

I've got the jockey wheel wound up and the boat sits high on the trailer Sumo, the trailer is ready for the scrapyard so I'm not too worried about fooling with it.
