I think it would bounce around a bit while you are driving the boat

I think it would bounce around a bit while you are driving the boat George it would be in the back of the car when you are driving the boat, used for when boat is on trailer for transport. Very simple to make and other designs about. -------------------- Frank

Doesn't the motor have its own little locking lever things Spud? (Can I use your toilet?)
Boat looks like the ones they charge you for an extra Metre of pointy nose. I'm with Sumo. -------------------- SEAFARER: Fine as a Fairy's Fart |

QUOTE Doesn't the motor have its own little locking lever things Spud? (Can I use your toilet?) Means you dont have to trim motor completly up to travel in the case that your engine hits back of boat or bait board when you resize engines. also the little flick latches are only meant for storage I beleive, not for the weight of motor bouncing around. |

QUOTE also the little flick latches are only meant for storage I beleive, not for the weight of motor bouncing around. Depends on the motor, some lesser motors can't handle it and advise using additional support. (Yamahaha for one) It's all been done to death Spud (Can I use your toilet?), let's face it people are going to do whatever they want anyway and it probably doesn't matter too much. -------------------- SEAFARER: Fine as a Fairy's Fart |

Frank i was having a dig @ fed
I'm convinced he deliberatly puts up posts like he did to piss me off must give him a stiffy. I spent an hour with boys @ sales trailers prior to putting up that post, went through the senario of where to relocate suspention then i had to read what fed posted 5 new rims/tires ,new hubs/bearing etc + heavy duty jockey & sum ting else set me back $1000 4got wire cable & had to go into camec [formerly caravan accessories] they have the same rim/tire $255 each for the gooses out there that's $1,275 witout the udder stuff Got to be carefull where wun shops these days else wun wont have any $$'s left & wun will have to download an app & use wuns mobile phone to observed if a HillBilly soccer mum is having a crap on wuns front lawn -------------------- Save The Fish, Eat a Pussy |
