Ingredients
Serves: 4

vegetable oil for frying
1 egg, beaten
500g snapper fillets
60g (½ cup) dried breadcrumbs

Directions
Preparation:5min › Cook:10min › Ready in:15min

In a large heavy frying pan, heat oil to 190 C.
Dip fillets into beaten egg and coat in breadcrumbs.
Gently slide fish into hot oil and fry until golden brown. Drain briefly on paper towels Serve hot with chips and salad.
