Did a tow down to Bellambi this morn in a bid to get a stickhead, haven't trolled livey's for them 4 yonks & yonks thought it'd be a goodarus change away from lures. Big slimmy mackeral weren't where I was told they were on the weekend only got medioca sized yakka's not good enough for wot I wanted to do so took off to wun of my snappa grounds down there knowing I'd gotten the slimes there many a time. Was a bit disappointed @ 1st saw massive shools of baitfish up on the surface unfortunately not slimmy's but bloody big cowan yung they'll do I said to the boys. Started tossing out the smaller yakka's we'd caught earlier to make room for these larger 12" models then @ last the Studus Horsarus Slimus Maximus rocked up managed 7 B4 it started raining wunce the rain started they disappeared. We had enough bait so headed out to this reef I know down there just on the turn of the tide, plan was to walk 2 slimmy's on the surface & drop anutter 2 cowans down on the Scotty2Hotty's for any Girly Fush down there. Briddled up the 1st Slimmy nutting else in the water Fed [not Mr Shinny Head] the slimmy out to where I wanted it sitting tunned around to grab the release clip when I felt a jerk let go of mainline & as I looked back @ where the slimy was saw this funny looking thingy called a Marlins aka Stickhead chasing the slimy. Wot a start to the day unfortunately The plik of a ting came back & hit slimy that hard it ripped the dacron straight though baits eyes. Out comes a nutter slimmy wunce out 2nd gets briddled up have those 2 set where I wanted them proceed to setting up the cowans on the Scottys all done & was looking good with sounder showing quite a bit down there. 20 minutes later ratchet start up on wun of the tiagra's we all looked back more ratchet a bit busy @ this stage bringing in the dowrigger lines get them out of the way & above pic is all that those Plik of an excuse of a fish Leather jackets left behind of the cowans Then looked back to see the biggest plik of all time harrassing me again last time he ETT all my Snappa this time Sammy was after my slimys Not bad enuff I have to put up with that Bees Chappy aka no 1 FishScarer today I had to put up with Sammy the PLIK Fish Stealer & no 1 pain in the arse Not quick enough he then started on the 2nd slimmy we'd craked it in just behind the boat & not more than 15 meters away was this tail pretruding from the water not Sammys it belonged to a very good sized Stickhead. I only saw it wunce cause we had no baits in the water to busy bridling up the next wun boys kept an eye on it twas up on the surface for ages with boat following close behind get bait out & guess who invited himself to lunch again ???????????? In a no win situation with this PLIK so opted to run lures pulled them around the reef for an hr then headed to the FAD lures didn't get a touch. Thought the PLIK would be gone by now pulled in the lures & headed back to the reef for the turn of the tide looking good for 20 minutes then the PLIK rocks up again geez I was piss'd off pulled in other bait watched the PLIK & every time he surfaced I'd run hard @ him in a bid to scare him off thought I succeeded till baits went out again. Enough is enough & called it a day -------------------- Save The Fish, Eat a Pussy |

That's the one Nimrod, imagine 500 of them starting to peck at you, you'd be praying for a shark to come & finish you off.

Ahhh grasshopper, you have a lot to learn. Seals don't eat chili peppers. The best way to fish for them is with a .243
