I have a slightly daggy perspex windscreen, has anyone had a go with that so called perspex fixitup stuff you can buy for cleaning it up.
To me it looks like 'old age' caused by extremely tiny scratches giving it a slightly cloudy appearance and I would like it to match my shiny new clears.
I see BIAS sell a Meguiar's to supposedly fix this but I'm looking for someone who has actually used it for some feedback.

Mines is the same cloudy look...seems like it has lots of scracthes...would be nice to find something to clean it up instead of trying to replace it...

It's not too bad Poly so I don't want to go down the new screen path.
I'd be guessing $200-$300 to replace the perspex plus the work to R&R it.

Fed.
try a bit of Brasso or silver cleaner on a little portion of it. It may be too far gone, but worth a try.

dont waste your time trying to repair perspex is not that dear.

prob get away with replacing for under $100

If the screen is straight/flat I would go laminated glass

Just an update, I tried out some 'Plexus' on my screen today and it came up like brand new.
I'll be interested to see how long it lasts but it was so quick & easy to use it wouldn't be a problem using it before every outing.
