If i HAD to pick 1 id take Briggs, He was a better fighter, if you havnt seen him fighting Adamek look it up on you tube, some of the toughest punching.. I dont know if he is good enough to take green after 4 years off though without a warm up fight, but hes got to have a shot..

I'm not a fight fan either but I'd happily watch Mundine get flattened.

Just watched it...
I would be devastated to train that hard, then get ripped. He clearly won.... I like Briggs and Green.. I'd rather them not fight each other. -------------------- Don't hate me, cause you ain't me... :)

What you see there is a edited version of a biast Australian, who put together all the good parts of the aussies performance. What it didn't show was the other side of the story. it didn't point out the 25-30 supurb right hooks to brigg's head and the great ability to cover up and deflect most of Brigg's blows. Maybe so Frank, but ive watched both fights, fully a number of times and still think that Briggs should have won.. If it was outside Adameks home it would have been scored differantly. He is one tough contender with alot more to his boxing than green who just use's his strength. Its going to be one great fight anyway.. PS, Fight has been moved to Perth, NSW would not sanction it.. |
