Well with the move to our new house and all the work it involved (weeding and mowing lawns is already a fulltime job) I finally took the boat out today.
I'm off to conjola for 2 weeks on Sunday so gave the trailer a workout and checked the bearings last week and today made sure the boat was ready for the trip.

Took my boy and went out on the high tide (wrong) and needed yabbies. I made a floating sieve and this was very handy considering I was pumping them in 30 - 40 cm of water.

Fished only for a bout 30 minutes and caught some baby snapper and an almost legal bream for the little kid. No pics. had fun

Conjola should be 2 weeks straight fishing.

Jack

i was on the hacking last week and only managed to boat a large flounder on soft plastic and played with a huge ray appart from that the rest was so small it was barely worth fishing.

went out on botany yesterday and had a ball smashing the blue swimmer crabs.
