hey guys ,id just like to apolagise about the way i was before ,ive been haveing a hard time going through a really bad few years of depression,allmost to the stage of ending it all only reason i didnt was because of the kids ,ive got a new job and moved on and lifes great now ,most of the time ,im not asking for pity or forgiveness ,,so to all and you to jumpy ,im sorry ,,,,jas

Thank god for who or whatever got you out of your slump, lost a good mate years ago to what you said and no-one knew, he said nothing then one day was gone. Left a lot of people very upset and confused. Just keep talking mate and share with thoise close to you and lifes difficulties become much easier to handle.
