Happy new year guys.
Went down to lake conjola again this year and the fishing was great again. Arrived to catch a 60cm mullet just of my balcony, quite a fight on the light stick and size 15 hook. Caught heaps of yabbies and some stonker whiting and even a few good bream. Family pigged out on whiting for 2 weeks and wont touch it again for months. They od on it :-) Every day i went fishing i brought more fish home.

Whiting at 42 cm on very light gear is great fun. My son now knows how to properly drill a decent fish. Patience and a net at the end.
