Well i dont get to pick my days to fish, so Sunday was the day to wet the boat.... So poor were the tides and the wind that even Jumpus gave me the brush...
 He has been teaching me for a while now, but this was the first time without the master.. Did ok on the plastics and the bait, but plastics won on size... caught undersize Snapper and some decent Trevs.. Had them playing in the trail at times.. Had my new Lox stick in my hand, when the plastic got smashed.. Picked it up and put the lox in the rod holder.. It somehow missed the holder and went overboard... I loved that rod..  Gutted!!Anyhow, i landed the Trev, cracked a smile for the camera, then sulked for a while... Rang Jumpy to tell him the sad news and he laughed at me, with i told you so thrown in between.. We live and learn... Wind picked up by 10.30am and was off the water by 12pm.. Here is a pic of the culprit... I gave him his freedom. it should bring me some luck
