There actually 3 different fish poly the therd one is my biggest to date 520 to the fork.
Here's a couple more.
Nice bass Steve ;)
they are top fish steve, where did u get them
there from Glenbawn poly only a few of many . been going ther for years
I hold the record for Glenbawn Turtles I even got a trophy for it
Did you make Soup out of them SUMO ????
Was actually watching them on Rex yesterday catching them
What sorta gear you use for bass steve, similar to bream gear
Depending were I fish, when i go up to glenbawn dam theres some big powerfull brutes in there .
up to 10kg braid , chronark overhead baitcaster , and sometimes thats not enough as they can bury you in the snags before you can say
kickatinalong pushaburaback, :o
when I fish rivers I use 3 / 4 kg line .
I have fished shoalhaven River hawksbery , and closer to home the napean River.
In the dams they get mutch biger and powerfull as they are land locked with plenty of food , these are stocked and cannot breed , Bass need to travell down to the salt / brackish water to spawn, that hapens in winter then in spring they migrate back up to fresh water.
My faverite type of fishing for these great fish is everning / nite time with surface lures.
will probably go up to glenbawn dam for a week in october as this is a good time for them
oh you fibber ya can see they have been frozen ,,,
