hi guys ,just wondering after me smashing weekend away with the guys ,thanx again ,,,can bass be caught on soft plastics ?,,if so which ones ,,,,?thanx jas

i never fish freshwater but i \know they do sometimes come into slatwater ...................... but i think popper would be better but you can try sps

yep have caught many a bass on plastics. the better ones for me are Garry Glitter and Black Gold squidgys, Jass they will take just about anything when hungry and in the mood .
very early in the morm. or late arvo and into the night, night time i use surface poppers .

there more active when the barometer is a steady high eg 1020 or a steady low 1000 .
if the barometer is fluctuating day to day there not as active it affects there swim blader then they just hide and sulk. like a sor tummy.

These type of plastics work well

But you have to be able to cast a long way
