Fishing oz style _ Gilligan's Island _ Boat Licence

Posted by: nimrod Sep 10 2019, 05:04 PM

Just recently renewed my boat licence, got the renewal form and it gave me the options of 1 year 2year 5 year. Well I doubt if I will still be here in 5 years so I opted to do it for 2 years. Just got it back in the mail and they have renewed it till 09/2022 so in my calculations that is 3 years, I got 12 months free boating !!!
Will be interesting when 09/2021 comes around to see if they pick up on their mistake.

Well you don't argue about that for free ,but I thought they where combining cars and boat together.

Combining licences is an option, but then the renewal date of the combined licences changes to one date as well. I have to renew mine in the next week or two and had an option to renew on line. Tried that last night and got the message 'go to the centre for an eye test'. Maybe because I have a class HC R.
