Well I'm dammed if I know what it is with the Port Hacking and ME and Whiting but I just can't get any.
4 times now I have tried and no luck. Went again on Wednesday and tried some places I heard Whiting were about
Not for me they ain't. Had no problem getting a few Flathead and as many undersized Squire ( juvenile Snapper ) as anyone
could want, a couple of sizable Bream and even a couple of Bonito, All went back except 1 bonito, which was used for future bait.
Gave the Hacking a miss on Thursday and headed for the bay. Caught 7 nice Whiting as well as a few decent Flats and once again
plenty of undersized Snapper. Once again didn't keep any fish, but it was sure nice to see that I still have the feel to be able to
catch Whiting, ( when they are there ).
Went back to the Bay again yesterday ( fishing 3 days in a row for me ) very tired and a bit sore and somewhat red but had a ball
and once again yesterday got onto Whiting.
So one day next week I may give the Hacking another try cause I know Whiting are there it's just a matter of ME finding some.
I went down to collect some weed the other day, but this cow beat me to it.
